A lot of the things! First of all, I was not happy that I was charged before I even got to the hotel. Why select pay later if you charge before I am there? Second, when we got to our room, it was a mess. Bed was unmade, towels all over the place. Had to go back down and get a different room. Well for some reason the key was not working and I had to go back downstairs and get a new key. Still couldn’t get in. The third room we needed up getting two queen beds and finally got in. However the front desk hostess that night, was out of it! Her eyes seemed glossy, not friendly, waiting forever for her to come out of the back room, even after ringing the bell and we checked in around 10pm. So no one was there. Just overall a very unpleasant experience and stay. We came down for a funeral and the hotel stay was the worst part of the trip!

Eggs were cold, sausage wasn't cooked thoroughly. Should offer lactaid milk. Even 2% some can't drink.

The female staff was rude. Toilet overflowed and no one to fix it. Brought me a plunger and handed it through the door and said here you are!!! Big cock roaches. No ice on the floor.

The front desk was rude. The rooms were dirty. The food was limited for breakfast. The pool was small. They were understaffed. The lobby was dirty. The location was terrible. We couldn’t get fresh towels for our 3 day stay. Nobody came to clean our room.
