Immediately upon checking in to the room and using the bathroom, a cockroach came out.

Nice room..easy access and roomy.
Negatives:
The internet access sucked. It was basically unusable. Unsecured access is not acceptable. I need a password enabled 2.4ghz connection to hookup my camera and ipad etc. This was the first hotel we’ve ever stayed at that had no secured connection. The cat chatge of $75 was pretty high for an old 7 lb non destructive cat. The highest i have ever seen was $50.

Location was great. Right in the middle of many things loved the coffee

Room had flaws everywhere bathroom sub par. Breakfast wasn’t cooked right. Pool was not well taken care of. Not what I expected from a Hyatt or for the price paid
