Positives:
There was a train nearby but was quiet for the most part, in a secluded area, which was nice for privacy. The room was very clean, including bedding and dresser drawers. I appreciated the material of furniture - only the couch was cushion material. Also, the couch was a nice touch to the room, but I did not sit on it. I searched for evidence of bugs (roaches, bed bugs, etc and did not see any). I could ignore writing, etc on the room walls because of the price. The young man in the front office was very personable!

I noticed the curtain track was broken on the left side and the bathroom faucet could have been re-caulked (it was very loose; also, one of the knobs weren’t tightened and difficult to control to keep water off)

Positives:
Booked a studio King size bed with a sofa. When I arrived there were police outside. When I checked in I asked was it like this all the time regarding the police.. Office staff said no. They gave me a room that was a queen size bed no sofa and the room smelled like cat pee l. I paid in cash so when I asked for a refund and I'd go somewhere else. I was told no refunds. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Positives:
I really like the headboard being attached to the wall and how big the bed was, very roomy. The ac is nice as well.
Negatives:
The room smelled heavy with cigs, the place wasn't clean but wasn't exactly disgusting. The toilet is kind of sideways which bothers me and the tub floor looks awful. I didn't like how there's like 5 mirrors for no reason. Only like 2-3 outlets works, the wifi is pretty bad but it works. Hard to sleep sometimes, the guests can be very loud at night and there's random banging pretty often. Tbh the walls are a bit thin.

The price, it's not the only good thing that I can say about this hotel there are more people living in the hotel they were actually overnight guest. I did not feel unsafe there but if you can afford something better don't stay here

There was no light bulbs in the bathroom and when we asked for light bulbs they took them out of room in the office and don't ask for any other towels because the two they gave us food enough to last the both of us 3 days
