The lady at the night time window on checking in was rude. I had a reservation booked from booking but because I arrived after midnight she told me that she cancelled my booking. And I had to pay 99 dollars for the night. I paid 100 dollars and was not given my change or a receipt. Still waiting for my refund for the reservation that I had booked that she cancelled.
