Positives: The front desk associate was very friendly and did a great job.
Negatives: The hotel is definitely long overdue for maintenance. The room was very musty and just seemed rundown. I also didn't like the cigarette smell in the lobby. Allowing smoking anywhere inside just makes the place seem dirty.
