Great location, love the bathtub in presidential suite, large shower room is nice.
Negatives:
(1) TV has a “server error” and hasn’t worked on two separate visits to this hotel. (2) It is overly cumbersome to have to take the parking decal to the garage, especially when the garage elevator does not work. Just take down details about the car. (3) The conditioner dispenser in the shower did not work and could not be opened or separated from the wall. I was up there for an event and could not smooth my hair as expected. My husband only wanted to relax in the room with TV and he literally could not do that. These are major flaws in the hospitality business. I received only a $25 refund for these significant flaws, which is laughable.

Checkin was smooth and the front desk staff made it clear they were available to help. I took dinner to go from the restaurant. The room was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location if you also love shopping during work trips.

Positives:
Location, location, location. The hotel is in the center of the Mosaic District which is lovely. Lots of wonderful restaurants and nice shops. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas.
Also, it was easy to get an Uber to a museum in Washington DC.
Hotel breakfast is great and hotel and room was clean.
Negatives:
Nothing to not like.
