The staff I saw was nice and mostly helpful.
Negatives:
The wifi didn't work reliably. There was only one towel and washcloth and more were never brought to us. The drink machine was broken and the room smelled bad.

Positives:
At best the staff was helpful.
Negatives:
No 1st floor Non-smoking rooms so my wife and l had to drag our belongings to the second floor up a steep rattling staircase. We then entered the room. The single chair’s upholstery had sweat and “other” smeary stains. We removed the slightly sticky bedcovers to find only a sheet on the beds without any blanket. The ice machine was not working during the whole stay. I will not go on further.
