Positives: It was a nice quiet location.

Negatives: I had to pay $10 to park. No microwave or fridge in room. When I originally booked the room I purposely went with Hilton because I thought there were a little nicer hotel than the other ones in the area. I was wrong and paid too much for the room.

Positives: Nice hotel property. Room was spacious, very very clean and reasonably well appointed. My stay was brief but appreciated food and beverage outlets hours of operation (open until midnight during my stay). Ample parking and shuttle service to airport great.

Negatives: Nothing I didnt like. I would say the Lobby and front entrance could use some updating however they did not detract from my stay.

Positives: I like the proximity to Dulles Airport and the free shuttle. The lobby, restaurants, and rooms were beautiful and nicely furnished. I like the extra changing area connected to the bathroom- a huge plus sharing a room with my daughter.

Positives: The only thing good about this hotel is its close to Dulles airport.

Negatives: I called a week prior to ensure that our two rooms were adjoining and I was assured on the call that would be. Of course when I got there the rooms were not even next-door and certainly not adjoining. The hotel is very dirty water stained walls extremely outdated the staff could not care less about the issue with the non-adjoining or even next-door rooms. The guy checking me in had zero cares in the world.

Positives: Clean room and wonderful staff but it is certainly showing its age. The free shuttle service to/from IAD is very convenient & efficient.

Negatives: Needs new flooring (stained carpets) throughout the property. The shower head-tub faucet valve was broken so almost no water pressure. Hot water was delayed but available.

Positives: Good location. Nice, clean, large rooms. Dementsprechend staff.

Negatives: I waited a long time for the shuttle van at the airport. Latest check out time is 13:00, no flexibility if you have a flight in the late afternoon. Although there did not seem to be many guests in the hotel. The prime was too high for a Friday night.
