Very, very bad smell that didn’t go away even with the window open for a longer time. We had a non-smoker room but it was like stale cigarettes and dust and age, quite overwhelming every time we walked into the room. We thought it may be the carpet.

Nice value for money but...
Positives:
Really comfortable bed with quality sheets. I slept very very well. Breakfast was what I wanted -- yogurt, bran cereal and coffee with half and half. The staff was so friendly.
Negatives:
The only downside to the property was that there is no elevator. It was ok for me, but if I was staying for a long time, with a heavy bag and such, it would have been problematic. For people with limited mobility, they need to know ahead of time....

Positives:
Staff was nice. Room was nice. Room was clean. Location was in the center of retail and restaurants.
Negatives:
I stayed for a week. I was placed in an adjoining room location with smokers and dogs next door. This allowed noise and smoke to enter my room. I was also placed at the end of the property which meant that the internet went in and out. The water pressure was low but hot water wasn't a problem.
All in all it was just not a smart place to put a long term stay customer in an adjoining room and dogs next door.
Management needs to think beyond just putting people in the next availble room.
