Check in was fine. The staff member was very friendly.

Our bathroom was not clean. I would have complained after check in however we arrived late. The next morning we asked to speak to the manager and she didn't come over. We could see she wasn't busy. We did tell the front desk that our shower had mildew and mold. It was obvious that our shower has not been cleaned with bleach in several weeks. If it was then there wouldn't be any mildew growing in the corners. Seeing the dirty shower made us feel like the rest of the room was not kept clean.
