The elevators will start working, the first room I went into smelled really bad so we asked can we get another room. The room was on the 3rd floor, it was very complicated due to the elevators being out.

Breakfast was ok as it was store bought items and placed in a little fridge. Location was good due to where we needed to be.
Negatives:
The bathroom door was so waterlogged that you couldn't open or shut it in fear of it would fall apart. We had no internet connection the whole 3 days of staying that was reported multiple times to staff and manager with no response or resolution. The elevator was broke and I asked the desk for a lower level room as my granddaughter has Asthma and was having a hard time walking the steps. That was not possible per manager. The cigarette smoke and Marijuana smell was so strong through the hallways on the first and second floor that it also affected my grandchild and her Asthma. Reported the smoke and smell to staff and manager with no end results of it ending.
