The bed/mattress and pillows were so good! There was a coffee machine which I didn't use, but seemed nice!
I had to change my room for a 1-night stay, but, the staff was kind and understanding.
Negatives:
Breakfast was very bad! Although they say the kitchen is under renovation and so there is no hot breakfast. But they should have stated this in the ad and Booking.com! Or, charge less because of that!
It would be better if they could bring the luggage to the room!
I changed the room 2 times because there were technical issues! (hot water, heater!)

Booked location, two months advance, and it was closed for construction when I arrived to check in. Had to rush around to find another hotel last minute was not very happy.

Drove 3 hours after booking 3 months in advance and receiving a confirmation email to realize that this hotel is shut down. After speaking with a nearby hotel, Best Western was condemned due to sex trafficking and drugs. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
