Positives: After pre-registering online several days before the check in date, the biggest problem I encountered was the desk clerks (2) couldn't fine my name in their pre-registration files. They did numerous searches and talked about the problem for approximately 10 minutes before one of the ladies finally called the booking agent but had trouble reaching anyone. She kept calling for another 10 minutes or so before reaching someone and discussed the problem. After another 5 minutes or so, it finally determine that someone at the booking agent had entered the guest name (the one for whom I was getting the room) instead of my name (the one who made the reservation and whose name was on the booking receipt I provided to the desk clerk. The other problem (minor) encountered arose the next morning was when my guest started making coffee and then realized that there was no cups provided in the room from which to drink the coffee.

Positives: I liked that it was right next to the mall and close to other places. Free breakfast was nice and Mrs. D the attendant was very helpful, friendly, and she managed breakfast area beautifully.
Negatives: The bed was very uncomfortable, there seemed to be water damage spots in the ceiling. The door to the room, it’s frame was a little larger than door itself and at night the light from hallway shined through where you could sleep and could look between the cracks and see hallway

Negatives: The property needed renovation. The tub didn't have a safety surface. Therefore, it was slippery. The refrigerator didn't keep food cold. Did not like that a sink was not in the bathroom to wash after using the toilet.
