Overall the staff was good, except for the GM Jessic, she was terrible. She was the least professional & most confrontational manager I’ve ever ran into in the hospitality industry.

The front desk was VERY rude! I paid with PayPal she could not use the reservation I booked. That meant I had to pay again and then get reimbursed for the credit card co. Also, I reserved the handicapped room, but, because she needed some different paperwork that she could not find, I could not have the room I reserved. See pic attached Roaches
