The price was lower than several area options for the night I needed to stay. I am glad I was able to travel with my dog.

The bathroom had some mold. Breakfast was very limited. The lock on my door did not work properly - they told me I would have to jiggle the handle to make it close properly, which didn't make me feel very secure. There was no elevator in the building.

beautiful room! breakfast was good. linens from towels to bed were excellent !. I loved the Dove products.

no elevator. the shower could have used a bit more cleaning in the grout under the glass door. almost tricks you because of the color of the shower

No laundry or "business center" -- neither services were functional. Staff repeatedly asked aggressively if we were leaving yet hours before check out, with housekeepingparked outside the room. We could hear our neighbors the whole stay.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We requested to move rooms due to noise and paper thin walls. Our request was quickly approved and we were put in a quieter and more updated room.

Positives:
Our room was clean and nicely decorated! Shower was large and fully equipped with full bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Nice blow dryer provided. Breakfast was nice and had a waffle maker and nice sitting area. Staff at check in and checkout were very friendly. Staff suggested we dine at BTs and if you show the blue card from hotel you get a 10% discount. Great bar and restaurant with amazing food for a great price. Staff their also excellent and friendly! We would definitely stay here again and eat at BTs. Great value!
Negatives:
Not a complaint but want to let you know if you are a light sleeper you may not like it here. Walls are very thin, but this did not bother us.
