everything related to staff was slow. checkin no-one was present for 10 minutes. asked for coffee pods to room took 30 minutes to get it. went to bar for to get a glass of wine and no bartender for 5 minutes no-one around.

Positives:
I thought the property was clean and decor was nice. I enjoyed the front desk hospitality as well as other staffs pleasantries. My daughter enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant.
Negatives:
I did not like that the automatic door was broken and with luggage that was an issue. I also did not like that the jacuzzi was lukewarm. It was brought to the attention of front desk and someone came to check, however it remained cold. We also had to ask for swim towels. Once back in my room we experienced a lack of face towels and had to call for them. These items will cause me not to book at this location in the future. I love westin and will try another property. I would have loved more options for television viewing.
