The location is very ideal , closeby to everything in Henrico . Very quickly accessible to the Highway . The parking facilities around the hotel were very good - such as Gas stations, eat outs etc
Negatives:
The water in shower was very cold . There was no hot water at all in both wash basin and shower area . It was a big struggle throughout the stay.
The Room conditioner makes a lot of noise, was disturbing the night

Positives:
I have stayed here twice and the hotel is very comfortable and clean. It is in a prime location which is very close to Short Pump and my family member's home. The front staff have been very friendly and welcoming. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The room was quiet, very clean and spacious for the people who stayed there.
Negatives:
I wish the breakfast had a few more options but it was not bad. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance.
