The design, comfortable beds. The choice of shampoo/shower gel. I would love the hotel to offer the Malin + Goetz products for sale.
Negatives:
Limited breakfast options. Coffee was great, but some pastries would be a great addition.

Positives:
The staff was wonderful. Kenya, our front desk agent helped sort out our check in as it wasn’t showing in their system from Booking.com. Thankfully, there were available rooms.
The valet staff was the most efficient and courteous that I have encountered in quite awhile.
Negatives:
I don’t have any “dislikes”. I would recommend reminding the housekeeping staff to dust the headboards as they were quite dusty.

The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean.
Negatives:
Crowded lobby and not too responsive very busy valets. We were very tired and had a lot to carry. Felt like no one noticed or cared or had time for us. Upstairs in the room the fridge was warm and dark, not working. Tried to figure it out, pulled it out to see if it was unplugged but it wasn’t. All dusty back there. Plus just exhausted from driving all day and needed to store food. Then tried to call the desk but the phone did not work. I pressed O and it just clicked and went back to dial tone. So I had to use my cell phone to call the 800 number for that location, go through a whole bunch of options before I got to the front desk. They did send someone to fix the fridge quickly. But it felt like a lot of problems for $300 plus and a 12-hour stay. I wanted to stay at a nicer place for more cost so that the stay would be comfortable and stress free and that was not the case. Disappointing.
