Positives: The shower, the provided toiletries, the food, the ability to change the thermostat
Negatives: Paying for parking, paying for breakfast, paying for the internet. Paying for everything. At this price, these things should all be complementary. No microwave in room. Bedding was thin quilt, not a thick plush comforter. TV constantly disconnected from my phone, interrupting movies we were watching.

Positives: The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pool was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was very nice, and the city view was beautiful.
Negatives: They do not validate parking with room booking, so plan to spend at least $35 extra in parking fees that no one mentioned to me at check in. They do have a very nice restaurant on site, however there are no surrounding restaurants to choose from that are actually open so our food options were incredibly limited as most restaurants did not deliver to this location.

Positives: This hotel was more than expected and the rate is absolutely affordable. I felt like royalty the entire stay. The accomodations, staff and locale are the best by far I have experienced in Richmond. I love that we were provided a choice of floors as well.
Negatives: The pricing in the downstairs restaurant are VERY high. It makes it easy to just step across the street to visit The Tobacco Company. However, the drink vouchers provided at check in did make up for the price shock when we received our tab for 2 shots and a beer totalling $90!

Positives: I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. I always enjoy the pristine presentation of everything. When we first arrived I was freezing and called for a blanket which was brought up immediately the first night of our stay. They offer feather free pillow options. The staff is unimaginably nice, friendly and helpful. It makes you want to come back just to see them again.
Negatives: I found that the room made me sneeze upon arrival when I sat on the bed. I called the front desk and requested another set of pillows. While the front desk was nice, I had to call back hours later to request pillows again as they were never delivered. The room also has a dull buzzing coming from the smoke detector. The buzzing never stopped the whole trip. While this is extremely unusual for this location I have to say this stay made me wonder why I was paying so much more to stay here and be treated as if I were staying in a hotel less expensive. Usually I feel we are paying for more upscale treatment and facilities so it makes sense. I usually feel like royalty at Omni hotels. This was by far a game changer and made me rethink my commitment to booking this hotel in the future.

Positives: Great location, friendly staff, large room, comfortable beds and pillows.
Negatives: Room smelled of cigarettes. The food in the restaurant was very poor. The WiFi log in makes you agree to pay before you can joint Omni rewards into to get free WiFi. Feels like a con.

Positives: The rooms were clean. The hotel overall was beautiful. Disappointed in times that the restaurants were open/closed. However, there were many places to eat but you had to leave the hotel. Loved the view. The hotel registration staff was professional and kind. Valet services was great. Car was delivered within minutes. Team was professional.
Negatives: The bellman was difficult to understand although he was trying to be helpful. We asked for change to provide a tip and he acted confused trying to keep a $40 tip. We were trying to exchange for smaller bills. Yet he did not know how to count change back to us. It was obvious he was trying to keep $40. Eventually we worked it out. But it can be very uncomfortable when the bellman is expecting tips this high. WE only had 2 luggage, 2 coats and 4 shopping bags from the car to the 8th floor.
