I booked a 2 bed nonsmoking room. When we went to check in they said all that I booked a smoking room and that was all that was available. My wife and I are allergic to cigarette smoke, so we did not check in. The clerk was very unhelpful.

Positives:
The second room was spacious and clean. I liked how the shade was in the front window. Bathroom was clean. Coffee in the lobby was ok. Did not get breakfast, but from the looks of it, looked like standard set up-dry cereal, fruit.
Negatives:
The first room, the sheets were dirty. They had old dry blood stains on them and pubic hairs. The second room was much better. Did not like having to move rooms at 2AM when we noticed the stains (we checked in at 130 AM). Had to walk all the way to the office from the furthest building to get a new key card.

Holly crap! I'd requested a non-smoking room but the clerk gave me a smoking room! He changed the room but the second was also a smoking room! Besides, there were roaches hanging around everywhere in the room. The whole thing is a filthy dungeon. Not even worth a dollar!
