Loved my stay at the Homewood Suites. The queen suite was amazing, large and comfortable for me and my colleague. Walking distance to food. The best part was the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful from the second I walked in the door. Breakfast was great and the best part was covered parking because it snowed while there! No cleaning off the car before heading to my work conference.
Negatives:
There was a little bit of food on the fridge shelf, but not a big deal or something I would bring up to the staff.

The hotel was well situated--close to a mall area-- and the staff courteous and friendly.
Negatives:
Booking.com blocked the full amount of my stay $1600 on my card. Then the hotel started to deduct additional funds against my card which amounted to over $3000 USD after may stay. There was confusion during my pervious stay a week prior when the night manager deducted my room charge three times and took about two weeks to fix. I'm still uncertain what I was owe have been repaid. Despite the nice friendly staff I will not return because of the terrible way they handled the payment-sorry sometimes don't cut it!

Rooms need to be renovated. Everything seems to be dated. The AC in my room took 10-15 mins to start blowing hot air.
