Positives:
Have stayed here many times now when visiting family. Great location near restaurants, groceries and shopping. Very safe. Room is great with full kitchen. Bed very comfortable. Coffee and fruit water 24/7 is very convenient.
Negatives:
Slight smell of pot in our room upon arrival possibly coming through bathroom vent. Got worse over weekend with heavy smell in hallway of our floor. Complained late that night when returned to hotel. Next day got better when people checked out.

Have stayed here many times now. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Free coffee all day is great.

Bathroom in the two bedroom apartment was too small. Counter space can only accommodate one person at a time and very limited place on counter for toiletries.

The location was ok.
Negatives:
The room was still being cleaned when I checked in and they didn't finish cleaning. I asked for a bucket for ice and I was giving a gift bag. I went to get breakfast and took my food to my room. Came back to get nice and I was told no and to come back tomorrow. The drawers in my room wouldn't close and the refrigerator was making loud noise all night on and off. The TV cut off when you turned it to watch while I was in bed. Not a good stay at all.
