Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The place is in need...
Positives:
The housekeeper in the hall was friendly.
Negatives:
Let’s start with the room- the bathroom door looked like a dog had chewed on the bottom. The tub and soap dish’s finish had worn off and had been painted over with white tub epoxy. The front door I had to put a chair under the handle because you could push the door open. We only stayed 2 of the 5 days. We have since tried to get our money back but the hotel will not answer the phone, which is not surprising since when I checked in and out, the front desk clerk was less than interested in helping us. The breakfast (if you can call it that) is a very small breakfast bar with packaged granola bar and muffin. The coffee was good but I had to ask the clerk if there was anymore creamer- he waited 5 minutes and said “I’ll have to find some”, then walked right around the desk into a closet and pulled one out! I went to put a lid on the cup and the lids they had were too big for the cups and just sat on the top!
Just to sum up- DO NOT STAY HERE! The location is good but that is all! We will never go back!

Breakfast was very light. Pre-packaged muffins and coffee. Thankfully they had some Nature Valley bars. Room, bed, and bathroom were clean.
Negatives:
As written above, the bathroom and such were clean, but my room had an overall feeling of not really being clean. It might have been the lighting (it was rather dark). But I didn't really want to walk around with my shoes off.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating . They take pride in their property and are constantly cleaning and cleansing the facility. My room was next door to the trash room which they kept organized, clean and smelling like lemons.

This hotel is in a good location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The bathroom needs some updating as the tub lining was peeling a bit. Breakfast is very minimal. It is just coffee/tea and some granola bars and mini muffins. There are no gluten free options. If you are sound sensitive, request a room on the top floor. We could hear the person in the room above us walking around. Very early one morning it seemed like that person was doing sprints back and forth in their room for several minutes, which was annoying given the early hour. The good news is that we didn't hear other noises such as people talking.
