Positives:
NOTHING. DID NOT RECEIVE ROOM THAT I PAID FOR. THERE WERE COCKROACHES AND DIRTY USED NEEDLES IN THE BATHROOM!!! The manager denied all accusations/concerns, even with evidential proof. There was a three year old child involved and the property refused to clean up, refund, or transfer rooms even though I paid for a suite and I was given a standard room. Absolutely rude customer service, completely unprofessional.
