The food and the cleaniness of the building. Everthing went exceptionally well and I was very pleased.

I did not like the manner in which my name was recorded. I went to the wrong hotel at first and they tried to find the correct hotel. However, because of the manner in which my name was written, I had no reservations at the Hilton Hotels listed. I had to return home to get my paperwork, which I must say, I should have had with me. I was then able to get to the correct hotel. When I arrived at the correct hotel and indicated what happened, it was then I was told that my name was listed as Dr. J Simmons-Canty Willie. I do not write or give my name in that manner, so I was unable to figure out exactly what happen. I sincerely hope this was not done intentionally. I presented my ID and everything was corrected and of course, the front desk apologized for the inconvenience. This caused a delay in getting to my event on time. Thank you.

The bathroom has barn sliding doors. Not a real door! No privacy! There is no fan in the bathroom either. Otherwise, it was nice.
