The staff could have been better at communicating. I reserved the room for the 3rd and was planning to check out at 11 am and continue my journey towards NY. The guy at the front desk told me I can’t check in before 3pm and if I were to check in early there will be $66 fee so I paid that too. Later on the front desk guy tried to charge hundred dollars more on my card so the bank blocked my card due to fraudulent activity. And I never got my refund. Overall the most terrible experience I’ve ever had.
