Positives: We didn’t get breakfast. Richard and Star very good. I spent 35 years with Marriott so I understand the value of these surveys. I do appreciate lowering my rate for 30+day stay. I am here taking care of my daughter after major surgery. GFI failed on HVAC one night. Spoke to two associates and they said talk to Star tomorrow. Fixed that day, thank you Window shade is broken Hook for bath towels is a safely hazard. Someone is going to run into it in the middle of the night. Put a towel rack across from toilet and replace small towel holder which is not useful, Housekeeping very loud in morning. 730a vacuums and loud talking down hall ways Useful kitchen equipment is very limited Staffing too limited on weekends I am staying for over 30 consecutive days and no one knew my name or room #. I am not looking for anything just my honest feedback

Negatives: Rotate your beds regularly. Right side is shot. Need magnets on bottom of shower curtain. The floor is drenched after shower. Blood on both sheets upon arrived. Wasn’t me and no apologies from any Starr member. Could never land on a cleaning day. Had to ask for several every week and the answer was “hopefully tomorrow “
