Positives:
Location was close to the beach, within walking distance. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot and there was plenty of space to park.
Negatives:
The coffee stand did not have any food (they were short staffed), except a couple of scones, and there was no on-site breakfast spot. The room was too hot as it did not have AC. We had a box fan and a window, but that wasn't enough air movement. There was no real table area, which made it difficult to work. The window seat/bed was covered in sand when we arrived and was not comfortable to sleep on. Several people had dogs who were not on leashes, even inside the hotel.

It was on the small side. No elevator. No continental breakfast. A little spendy.
