I was upset to find out AFTER I BOOKED the room and my card was charged that my room was cancelled by management because my id is a local address. Apparently they have a policy not to rent to locals- THAT IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS IF YOU ASK ME..I DON'T think it should matter where I live as long as I have the money to pay for the room and incidentals-who cares where I live.. They are turning away good customers:(

Stay was cancelled by management...
Positives:
The price was very good. Unfortunately, I forgot the economic principal of "you get what you pay for". There was a reason it was on the lower end cost-wise. It definitely felt like a cheap hotel.
Our hostess was really friendly and cheerful. She was the only bright spot.
Negatives:
The booking.com listing advertised a hot-tub. When we asked we were told there was no longer a hot-tub. The exercise room had a single treadmill (broken down), a single recumbent bike (the worst kind of stationary bike) and a single elliptical trainer. I am a runner and booked here partly on the promise of a treadmill.
When we got to our room there were only sheets on the bed and no blanket. We called front desk and they brought up a blanket right away. The fitted sheet was on inside-out, and it slipped off during the night, being obviously too small for the bed.
The room was clean, however and didn't smell bad. There were some close 'deal breakers' but we stayed the night anyway. Probably would not come back though.
