Positives: The room was clean, staff was nice, location was okay for us, it's away from restaurants and shops. We know our way around, so it was convenient for us. My only problem was the bed was too high and very lumpy. But, I sleep on the floor anyway so my problem was solved. If you have a bad hip or lower back, these beds will only aggravate the problem. They charge an extra $50 for deposit, which you get back if the room was left without damage.

Positives: Good breakfast and friendly staff

Negatives: Not toddler friendly, no cribs available and no bathtub in standard king room. We also had to wait 1.5 hrs after check in to get into our room as it wasn't clean. Additionally the walls and ceiling are paper thin so we could hear EVERYTHING and were woken up multiple times by the sounds of the people above us. I know that's not entirely this staff's problem, but I do feel it's a reflection on the quality of the actual building that the chain is providing, especially considering the boasting by the company of the "newly remodeled" hotel, which still had a towel rack falling off the wall and holes in the shower caulking.
