Very nice and fresh place in great neighbourhood. Had very pleasant experience for a reasonable price and would stay there again if I have any business in the area.

It's a pity that you cannot open windows in rooms, I'd prefer an open window to A/C when the temperature outside is comfortable.

We went out for breakfast. The location is good. Few mins drive to restaurants and supermarket. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood.
Negatives:
The parking sensor was not sensitive enough and I needed to use the hotel card physical touched the device in order to open the gate. U know u can wave the hotel card in front of the device to open the gate at some other hotels.
