Staff was amazing, super friendly. It was a very clean facility with everything you would expect from a stay at the Hyatt hotel chain.
There was not a whole lot other than an indoor swimming pool for children to do. Staff allowed my oldest daughter, 17yr old play on the pool table while the lounge area was not busy,
Negatives:
Room set up was not great at all. Tv was setup where it was hard to view from sitting area, and impossible to watch from the bed. The pullout couch sleeper was cheap and unable to sleep on it do to the quality of the mattress. Had to have both children sleep with my wife and me on the king bed.
hotel did not have quality blankets to stay warm. really thin and more on the cheaper side. Breakfast was not great at all. bacon was over cooked to a rock, eggs were not fully cooked. The Bar could use a better drink menu, No bloody Mary's.

The staff was friendly and the common area with the fireplace was quite nice.
Negatives:
1. The facilities are very noisy, the air heating system sounds constantly, and it's like being in a plane taking off. Sleeping is difficult with so much noise, the windows and walls need to be better insulated.
2. We travelled with a person with food intolerances and the information at breakfast was non-existent, fortunately the staff did their best to guide us, but even so, the options were scarce and the information inaccurate.
3. On entering the hotel we had a problem with the card as it was European, the staff was sympathetic, but did not offer us alternatives or anything similar.
4. The sofa bed in the room is of poor quality considering the price paid for the studio, we expected something much better and more comfortable.
