This is one of our favorite hotels, near to our family. The staff has undergone changes & everyone is helpful & they go the extra step to make your stay comfortable! The rooms are clean & cozy. Breakfast is fresh & has every choice imaginable!

The room was comfortable. Water was able to stay hot for entire shower, which was wonderful. Access to the freeway was also a bonus.
Negatives:
Was not aware that the hotel does not except cash so I had to do a little bit of running around to ensure the funds were on the appropriate card. The front desk gal was helpful in directing me to a safe way to help. My room had a slight smell to it, which could have just been permeated into the furniture.

Location, hard to see entrance. Very dark at night. Staff made our stay so much better. Hotel employee your other clerks don't have what she has!! Including one of the managers.
Negatives:
Elevator was out of order. The entire stay ! Needed ice , on the 2nd floor, out of order, 3rd floor out of order. Closest working machine was on the 4th floor,2 up to the 4th floor!@ .doors recently replaced, 3 of 4 nites, we. got locked out of room@!

For Renton, it's cheap.
Negatives:
Front desk staff was surely, rude and dismissive. Basic items in the room were broken (like a towel hook), and deep cleans were clearly not happening (pubic hair on the toilet seat, pink mold in the shower). The only bright light was a sweet woman at the breakfast area in the morning seemed genuinely interested in making sure guests were taken care of.

One of the housekeepers thought that my bro was pulling a gun because he checked more than one pocket while looking for it and reported it.. I couldn't make a complaint when the cops were called because of some safety BS. They also said it was a mistake so there is no reason to file a complaint...

The day staff were very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The night clerk needs to learn to look at the customers when he talks to them and is doing something for them. I had a hard time knowing if he was talking to me or to someone in his ear!

The breakfast was fine. Your staff is amazing! Friendliest staff Ive ever had in a hotel. The front desk gal Angie was great as were all the rest of the staff. Always had a smile and always acknowledged us whenever in passing.
