our room was at the back of the building, quiet and only a few steps away from the elevator. The bathroom was clean and adequate for what we needed.

The manager was beyond rude right from the start. Even just basic questions seemed like a complete burden to answer. On top of the ridiculous per night fee that they charge on your card. No one there to park my van so thankfully I am skilled enough at maneuvering a e250 in a tiny parking garage.

Loved the warm welcome and helpful staff. As a family of 5, the room was perfect and my children all had their own bed and a sofa area to relax in too. Free beers at 5 were a brilliant bonus! Great location for Pike Street, Harbour and Space Needle.
