The bolt on the door was mis-aligned and was unusable. The bolt on the connecting door to the next room WAS MISSING.

This is an older property but the owners have made some great improvements. They have free parking, excellent staff, attentive security, and lots of other extras like free coffee and tea all day, a really great free breakfast,and free laundry.

It certainly isn't a 3 star hotel! Closer to 1 star then a 3 star. The outside room entrances are bad in the winter. The rooms were drafty. The building is old and dated.
