Very stylish and arty. Much more beautiful than I expected. The compact room was cleverly furnished to make the most the bathroom especially. The Hotel provides bicycles for your charge. Everywhere I looked at the feeling of luxury yet it was inexpensive.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and comfortable. The hotel itself was stunning, gorgeous interiors and facilities.

Would have liked the cafe to be open a little longer as we'd get back to the hotel and would have loved a coffee

Room was very small. I also prefer having more counter space in a washroom. There is no counter. Bery small sink. Shower is not good. Hand held thing. We need the shower head to be installed on ceiling and let know of these hand held things .
I was treated poorly by one of the managers when i expressed my concerns with the amount held for the week as a deposit on top of room fee. I did call the person above him who empathized with my concers and agreed that the way i was treated was not ok. He was litterally telling me to leave and they would help me find another hotel across the street and embarrassed me in front of others it impacted my stay as I didnt feel at home like I normally do at most hotels who look after their customers. Well managed hotel go above and beyond for their guests to ensure they are looked after and also for them to come back! We didnt feel at home we ended up staying. What I can say is the location is good and the room service staff were helpful when we needed more towls and glasses. Manager on staff that day needs a bit of a tune up thanks!
