The location across the street from the space needle was cool. The staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
The pull out bed was awful, I know they're never great but this is the worst one I've ever slept on. The road noise was constant and very loud (2nd floor room 201). We could hear people on the street talking. There ended up being some work to the water lines at the street level it woke us up very early, not the hotels fault and the staff was very apologetic. The breakfast was okay. We have soy and wheat allergies so there weren't many options.

I didn't like that when my father in law passed away and we had to shift our plans, I was denied free cancellation, will not ever stay with Hyatt ever again in my travels

Perfect walking distance to Climate pledge arena that was the main reason why we decided to stay there .
Negatives:
Having to walk 4 blocks down to park our car at another parking garage that they share with another one of there hotels , nothing like parking your car close by in case you forget something.

Loved the proximity, walking distance to Seattle Center and everything there! Excellent room, quirky with an incredible view!! Worth the extra money to pay for the view of the space needle!
