The location, room enough for all in the suite.
Negatives:
when someone books a suite and says there will be 5 people you should have towels for 5 and bedding for the hideaway bed. We had to call at 1030 at night when we realized no bedding and only brought sheet and comforter a bit chilly. Only 2 coffees and 2 decaf coffee. When you know there's 5 people you should have set it up for 5. We also showed up early and i get things were busy room not ready yet, so we went up to the bar had drinks never got a text came down around 415 to see if room was ready and it was. We were celebrating an 80th bday and wanted to get dressed for the show we were going to on a time crunch.

The location was perfect for our travel adventures. Starbucks is right on the corner, having a restaurant was great and the service at the restaurant was amazing! A lot of our activities were in a mile of walking distance which was great!

The staff half of them lazy , not welcoming and not friendly The rest are friendly The hot water not always available in the bathroom
Negatives:
Fan too loud, even on low setting. No fan in bath, windows fogged up for 30 min. Lots of dings and dents and scratches on walls and paint.
