The reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful; as a welcome, there are coffee, cookies, and pineapple-infused water (all free). The room was spacious and beautiful. The beds were very comfy, and I LOVED that the King size bed had two individual duvets European-style. We even got a free reusable water bottle in the room and a welcome drink each at the bar. Location is superbly close to the Climate Pledge Arena and the hub of Queen Anne, and yet the hotel is very quiet.
