The room had crumbs on floor upon arrival. The housekeeper did not come and clean. Had to call front desk, to have cleaned.

I booked a Grand view King water view. I could see water if I got right up to the window and looked hard to the left. Most of the view was of buildings and rooftops. This room was not as advertised. Very disappointing...

We were treated like Royalty, the room was incredibly comfortable with a breathtaking view and the food at the restaurants was well presented and tasty. The location is close to many attractions. We will be back.

It is an elegant hotel and well located for a downtown experience.
Negatives:
One issue is the lack of easily accessible electric plugs. We all travel with computers, phones and other devices that need to be plugged in and charged. The desk has no plugs on top. I was also surprised with the addition of a resort fee.

We asked for late checkout upon arrival. They were gracious enough to offer 12pm. 9am the maid walked all the way into our room walking us up from a dead sleep. Startled we told her we had 12pm checkout. 10:15 rolls around, once again they tried entering

Staff were very nice and accommodating, pool good for a hang out with kids. Plus we got some credits for their bar.

Were there supposed to be robes in the room? It was only a short stay so didnt bother asking but would have been helpful when going to the pool.
