Positives:
The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The inside of the building was very cleadd, the breakfast was phenomenal.
Negatives:
My only complaint was that The bed in Room 319 that we stayed in was very worn in the center and with 2 people sleeping on the bed You both roll into each other ,I did not get any sleep During my stay Also we were told that we would have access to the gym and pool area prior to our stay And when we arrived we were told that the pool was closed due to maintenance and so was the workout room. Other than that, our stay was good.

The staff was very welcoming. The facilities such as the lobby furniture, carpeting and areas in the common area were ragged, frayed and looked dirty. The pool and fitness center were closed and there was a paper sign indicating elevator problems. This is not what is expected from a Hilton/Embassy Suites property. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel needs massive updating...
Positives:
Not one single thing has to trash and you all should be ashamed to host this as one of your clients. Shame on you booking.com . After my review on this property no one will ever go back

Again this hotel is trash and needs to be removed until it has been remodeled . The lobby furniture is old and extremely dirty this includes dining area . The rooms furniture needs updating as well . House keeping does a poor job cleaning room.

Positives:
We enjoyed the size of the breakfast that was offered. We also really liked the fact they offer two free drinks for the adults at night.
Negatives:
We didn’t care for the fact the rooms AC didn’t get cold enough. However, that’s just us we like to sleep in a very very cold room. We also didn’t care for the fact the pool was closed however, you can’t control when and if something will break.
