The stove was broken, the sink wouldn’t drain when I did dishes. Rooms should already dishes supplied. Continental breakfast was not worth it. No fruit or protein provided.

Room smelled stuffy or old like stale cigarette smoke. The carpet had a burn. Thankfully the sheets were white and looked clean. I’m not sure how clean everything else was. The kitchen didn’t have any plates, utensils, etc. We’d have to call the front desk for them. It would be better if the front desk would have asked us when we checked in.

Desk clerk did not inform me that you need to check out a hair blow dryer... they are not kept in each room and I don't travel with mine. The lighting is very harsh in the check in area and didn't see a ramp to be able to roll my luggage up to the check in desk or to the elevator. Since it is located immediately off of the busy highway and on a hill, my stay was very noisy since it faced the highway on the 3rd floor
