Need more lighing on cabinet side of room. Pull out sofa is unuseable! Very thin and all sprngs. Togo grab breakfast for early flight would be appreciated.

Positives:
Checkin staff was friendly and helpful, and there was nice engineering on the blackout curtains.
Negatives:
Breakfast was disappointing, half the items were gone and the front desk staff dismissed the problem as something she would not remedy. We ended up breaking our fast elsewhere.

Comfortable hotel in the midst of Southcenter.

The location is excellent, rooms were amazing!
Negatives:
There were homeless people sleeping lobby. The breakfast was not well staffed and with the amount of people, things were cold and not restocked. The staff was not great. Checkin had a long line and the staff didn't seem to value customers time.
