Positives: Bed, temperature/climate control, size of room, breakfast, staff - all very good. The front desk staff late at night was particularly pleasant, professional and looking out for our comfort.

Negatives: 1) The motion-detector-operated light in the bathroom is BLINDINGLY BRIGHT if you go there in the middle of the night. The bathroom needs a night light (or instructions on how to operate the control?). 2) The bedside clock time was wrong and I couldn't figure out how to adjust it. Then, late at night, I tapped the alarm clock to check the time and mistakenly turned on the alarm setting; when it went off hours later (too early, in the dark), all I could do was unplug it - but it continued to buzz every several minutes anyway! 3) The shower glass door was spotless, but the glass wall was covered with water stains. 4) Overall, ambient lighting in the room is very poor, in the kitchen area, the 'living room' area, by the large mirror outside the bathroom.
