Very comfortable beds, clean and exceptional kitchen space.
The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our group.
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
There was a loud humming that came through the shower vent and vibrated the wall and the bed enough so that I could not sleep. I was on the top floor and it may have been the heating unit on the roof, not sure.

We needed a room at the last minute so this was an impromptu stay.
Great lay out of room, and having a full kitchen access was great. We were able to sit down together and have a real meal after travel.
. Big sized bathroom was awesome to get ready together.
Negatives:
The bathroom tub was TINY for a wheelchair access room. We paid more hoping for more space.
No way to run the dishwasher, wanted to clean up before we left.
Couch was DISGUSTING and covered in older... stains. We covered it with a sheet to sit on it because it looked so gross.
Breakfast in the AM was only slightly worth the price. It took almost 20 minutes to bring out the main foods when out and by that time we wanted to leave. Maybe have some other GF options so people don't have to wait so long?

The location suits us very well as we have people to visit. It is just off the 500 freeway, so you need a room away from the freeway side of the building to avoid the noise. Our upgraded room was an excellent size, but the queen size rooms are mean in size.
