Positives:
Easy online check-in. Breakfast and eve reception was wonderful.
Negatives:
Mattress was terribly uncomfortable. Shower control knob was ready to fall off. Lock mechanism was completely off the in-room safe. USB plug-in on bedside lamp didn't work. The handsoap and shower gel containers were empty upon arrival. AC in the room would not lower the temp to thermostat setting. Iron face plate was dirty and left black substance on white shirt after use. $15 parking per day was extreme given location of available spaces and lack of cover.

The location is good. The pool was good.

Parking is terrible. There are a small number of spots in front of the hotel and if they are all full you have to walk around the block from the parking garage to the hotel.

The front desk worker when we were leaving, Mervin Davis I think his name was, is extremely rude. He gave my husband and I both a huge attitude and yelled across the parking lot that my card declined because he didn’t want to take the time to check us out properly.

We had come to go to a concert was supposed to meet others at 5:00 got it to hotel at 4:00 but couldn't get in our room because of housekeeping I figured 6 hours when you have to leave at 11:00 a.m. and you can't get in your room until 5:00 that's pretty bad
