Positives:
Not much
Negatives:
There is a lot not to like: there is no drain plug so your valuables get a quick trip down the drain, there is no Do Not Disturb sign, you have to make your own, I had to program the TV so it could be watched, and no one changed the bed side clock since day light savings time. However, the worst of them all is “the new energy saving bathroom light” that does not turn on. At first when it did not come on I was told I needed to warm up the light by running the fan and it would automatically come on, after a couple of hours it did not. Second call to the desk explained that I needed to turn off the fan so it cools down and after an hour turn it on again. This is ridiculous! I’ve never had to go through this much work at any hotel in the last six decades that takes this much work — let alone to turn on a bathroom light. I asked for a room change but was told all the rooms are the same. I also said I’d be happy to take a refund for my remaining days so I could go to another hotel with working lights. Did not happen. The manager and staff are really nice people but this light issue really was the last straw…it is just too much work for guests. If I ever stay here again I’m bringing duct tape…when that light does come on I’m taping the switch in place, and it can stay on and run day and night for days on end. It will make the stay much less stressful.

Very good
Positives:
Idk
Negatives:
That I wasn’t able to find someone to check me into my room. I rang the bell 3 times and no answer. I even called and never got a response!! Totally disappointed!

Bad
Positives:
Pricing was decent. Location was quick to the highway and many stores are nearby.
Negatives:
Property was under construction, and we were not notified until after check-in. We had a group with 3 separate rooms, and all 3 rooms had issues. Room 1 was very dated, linen was stained, smelled musty. Room 2 very similar. Room 3’s toilet did not work and was dirty.
