Positives: Pool. and whirlpool..They switched my room to downstairs so I didn't have to use the stairs and put us close to door, breakfast bar because of my disability.

Negatives: Door in bathroom and entrance door sticking. Need to pull up on handel to stop it from touching the floors. Kids running up and down upstairs hallway till past midnight.
