Room was dusty, hair on sheets, mattress stained and uncomfortable, keycard to back door didnt work so had to walk all the way around hotel to get back in from parking lot, was unable to sleep at all and had allergy symptoms from room, left day early

The hotel was clean and quiet. It had the normal good breakfast as most hotels with DIY waffles, hot sausages and all kids of things, but this one had REAL BUTTER, something I have not seen at other hotels comparable to this one. I loved that!
Negatives:
About two hours before 11:00 am checkout, our hotel keys didn't work anymore. I had to get an employee to let me in the room after breakfast so I could get ready to leave.

Hot tub was out of order, our smoke detector in room started chirping at 5:45 am like it had a dead battery, after we found someone to help, they pulked smoke detector out from celing and would address it later, and our room smelled musty. Couldnt get the smell out just had a vey damp smell to the room.

Where to start: Room smelled musty, our smoke detector in room started chirping at 5:45am on Saturday. No one told us at check in if we have an issue to dial zero for help. We had to go dowm to front desk to see who could even help us.

The breakfast what was served was okay, it would have been nice if what was served was refilled once it was empty.
Negatives:
the breakfast was good, but the lady responsible for tending the area spent more time on her phone in the back room than tending to the eating area. She neglected to fill the foods once empty, and wipe tables that were used, also the area where people were getting their food.

Its a great location.
Negatives:
The room was cold and damp with the air on. You could smell the mold in the air. My son woke up sick with a sore throat. It was not healthy to stay in that room. The rest of the hotel was subpar. Its old and needs quite a few updates. The pool was nice but the whirlpool was green. The woman at the front desk complained to me about how she was sick and no one would let her go home. I wont be staying here again.
