The fire alarms were going off in all of the rooms with no send in sight. Lady at front desk was very nice but had no answers. Bar staff over served 2 individuals leading them to getting into a fight in the lobby while my family and others were sitting there. Completely ridiculous on the part of the bar staff, the 2 guys had been there since before 5 and had way too much to drink.

Accommodations were fine except for the fire alarm...the hotel posted a letter the next morning comping every guests stay for the night. We were told in the letter to contact our booking agent for a refund.

We were not informed upon check-in that they were having trouble with their fire alarm system, and found out just before evening, the smoke detectors in the rooms were going off on a pretty regular basis, and ALL NIGHT LONG. When we called the front desk, they then told us about the issue, and that it would be rectified the NEXT DAY! They did end up refunding us, and we checked out for our second day, and found another hotel thank goodness.
